do_cdread: silence single track flac decoding

When processing a single-track flac file (e.g.: abcde -d archive.flac), the flac decode command prints its version and copyright info. This clutters the output. Here's an example:

Grabbing track 1: Can You See The Hard Helmet On My Head?...

  flac 1.3.2
  Copyright (C) 2000-2009 Josh Coalson, 2011-2016 Xiph.Org Foundation
flac comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. This is free software, and you are
welcome to redistribute it under certain conditions. Type `flac' for details.

  chocolate_and_ice_ep.flac: done
  Grabbing track 2: Sooner...

  flac 1.3.2
  Copyright (C) 2000-2009 Josh Coalson, 2011-2016 Xiph.Org Foundation
flac comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. This is free software, and you are
welcome to redistribute it under certain conditions. Type `flac' for details.

Encoding track 1 of 6: Can You See The Hard Helmet On My Head?...
  chocolate_and_ice_ep.flac: done

With the attached patch, the output is:

Grabbing track 1: Can You See The Hard Helmet On My Head?...
  Grabbing track 2: Sooner...
Encoding track 1 of 6: Can You See The Hard Helmet On My Head?...

The patch simply passes the "-s" option to the flac decode command.

Thanks. :)
